CONILON OR (BRAZILIAN CONILON)
Mainly cultivated in the regions of the Holy Spirit, Rondônia and southern Bahia, in most cases at low altitudes (below 400 m). It has a particular neutral taste. Most countries in the world use this type of coffee for its neutrality and, generally, for its price. Its increased use is soluble.

COCOA
Despite its Amazonian origin, cocoa has adapted well to the climate and soil of southern Bahia, a region that now produces 95% of Brazil’s cocoa, getting the Holy Spirit with 3.5% and 1.5% in the Amazon. About 90% of all Brazilian cocoa is exported, generating foreign exchange for the country.

CORN
Maize production in Brazil has been characterized by the division of production in two planting dates. The summer crops, or first crop are performed in the traditional time, during the rainy season, ranging from the end of August in the South until the months of October / November in the Southeast and Midwest (in the Northeast this period occurs early of the year). More recently it has increased the production obtained in the “off-season”, or second crop.
